    Very well said. Customer Experience have a different method such as build the product/awareness, sending an email for the subscribers of product/services and last is customer engagement in any customer service channel particularly on Social Media.

    Is it generally better to have a responsive, or mobile first, designed website, which is the exact experience of your website, rather than something closely resembling this, to ensure that mobile visits to your website are not an inferior experience, and that your companies branding is always consistent?

    Also, you mention a couple of things to keep your business in your current customers minds, but what would you suggest for maintaining good positive image when reaching out to new customers clients? E.g. What works? Telemarketing, social media advertising, SEO, Yellow pages?
